Introduction to Mental Skills in Sport - ADULT Ticket (Over 18)
Skerries Rugby Club, Friday 12th Sept at 7:30pm
Dr. Hurley, a leading sports psychologist, while present an insightful talk that is perfect for both coaches and players.
All funds raised will go towards the 2024-25 Inters Hockey Trip to Germany that will take place in Oct 2025.
No ticket will be issued, just come along once you have paid.
